    Westfield Topanga garage parking entrances can be easily accessed from Owensmouth Avenue, Topanga Canyon Blvd., and Vanowen Street. Entrances to surface lot parking are accessible from Owensmouth Avenue, Vanowen Street, Victory Boulevard, and Topanga Canyon Blvd.

    Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) Notice

    A third-party parking operator uses ALPR technology at Westfield Topanga. Westfield Topanga does not itself operate any ALPR system, have access to any ALPR information, or use any ALPR information (i.e., Westfield Topanga is not an operator or end user of an ALPR system).
