The name “Chasen” refers to the traditional bamboo whisk used in Japanese tea culture, and that’s the spirit behind the brand: craft, precision, and respect for origin—modernized for everyday life. 

Chasen Brew blends that heritage with a clean, urban Vienna aesthetic: minimal design, bold flavors, and a calm, focused atmosphere. One of your locations sits inside the SYRUP sneaker store, intentionally mixing high-quality matcha & coffee with contemporary culture and retail energy.
