Physical Gift Cards can be checked by scanning the QR code on the back of the card or by using the online balance checker. Balance can also be checked at Guest Services. You can also combine balances from several cards.
Digital Gift Cards can be checked in the Giftify app or by entering the card number from the email here.
Digital Gift Cards (received by email) are activated automatically upon purchase.
Physical Gift Cards purchased in centre are activated by Guest Services.
Physical Gift Cards delivered to your home must be activated online before first use this link or the link received in your activation email. The card remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, regardless of when it is activated.
