Supporting the Store Manager in building a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback.
Actively participating in the recruitment, hiring, and development of a talented team.
Readiness to step in for the Store Manager and take full responsibility when needed.

You have experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry or in a similar role where your responsibilities included team management.
