Our Centre
Wroclavia
Wroclavia is a shopping centre that combines comfortable shopping, a wide range of entertainment options, and a strong commitment to the local community and the environment. Located in the heart of the city, next to a key transport hub, it blends striking architecture with functionality. It is also a preferred location for renowned and popular brands to open their first stores in the region.
The centre’s space encompasses over 160 shops and service points, including the only LEGO, BOSS, Guess Jeans, and ANIA KRUK stores in Lower Silesia, as well as popular fashion brands such as Zara, Massimo Dutti, Tatuum, Bytom, Adidas, Nike, and Carpatree.
Visitors can enjoy a wide range of entertainment options, including a modern Cinema City featuring the region’s only IMAX screen, Poland’s first Gamestate arcade, and the eco-friendly Pitlane go-kart track, offering the thrill of electric kart racing.
The centre is powered entirely by green energy and is home to a natural monument – the over 300-year-old oak tree known as “Przewodnik” ("The Guide"). Collaboration with landscape architecture and environmental protection experts ensures proper care of the natural surroundings.
Wroclavia is more than just a shopping destination – it is an important landmark on Wrocław’s map. It was the first shopping centre in the region to join the Wrocław Tourist Organisation. In both 2023 and 2024, it received awards in the prestigious PRCH Retail Awards in the categories “Shopping Centre of the Year – Best Performance” and for its ESG strategy. It also holds the “Barrier-Free Facility” certificate, confirming its accessibility for people with disabilities.
