YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the store in line with Kamalion standards
Creating an inspiring atmosphere for customers and the team
Recruiting, training, and developing the sales team
Maintaining the visual appeal of the store and product displays
Active sales and achievement of business goals
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum one year of experience in managing a sales team
Ability to work based on results and KPIs
Knowledge of customer service standards
Results-driven mindset and focus on team development
Independence in decision-making
Ability to build engagement
