Your responsibilities
Maintaining the highest standards of customer service
Presenting products—luxury skincare, niche perfumes, and home fragrances—tailored to customer needs
Continuously expanding product knowledge and developing skills to become an expert
Handling payments, returns, and product exchanges
Receiving deliveries, ordering testers, and taking part in stocktakes
Ensuring the shop’s aesthetics and cleanliness
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct customer service, consultancy, or sales
Positive energy, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Sensitivity to scents and a genuine passion for perfumes, skincare, and haircare
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers with diverse needs and expectations
Proficiency in Polish and English, enabling fluent communication
A willingness to continuously develop knowledge, attend training sessions, and follow industry trends
We offer
A permanent employment contract, full-time, with an 8-hour shift system
Salary: PLN 6,000–7,500 gross
