Create a premium customer experience: greeting, personalized advice, checkout, after-sales
Manage KPIs: conversion, AVB, UPT — and translate them into concrete actions
Set the team’s pace: feedback, schedules, daily standards
Take care of VM and the store’s look & feel: following brand guidelines with your own eye for detail
Run operations flawlessly: cash processes, deliveries, stock, minimizing shrinkage
Who we’re looking for:
A Store Manager who:
Has high customer service standards and a natural talent for building 1:1 relationships
Combines aesthetic sensitivity with operational discipline
Develops the team through coaching and leading by example
Thinks in numbers and acts proactively based on data
Formal requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience in fashion retail in a managerial role
Confidence in working with reports and KPIs
Knowledge of cash register and cashless payment systems
Min. secondary education
Experience in the premium segment is a plus
